A note from Jessica, developer of California Baby®

As a company that is eco-driven and “small at heart,” we are constantly looking to do things as efficiently as possible while not compromising our standards of excellent service as we grow. For starters, we strive to put all the information we think you are looking for on our website, as we do not produce a printed catalog. And rather than maintain a call center staffed with less-than-expert people answering the phone at all hours, we have a few extremely knowledgeable folks that can answer your questions within 48 business hours. So, when you hear from Sue, our product guru, you are dealing with someone that has more than ten years of in-the-trenches experience with me (and that ain’t easy!). We think this ‘take it a little slower’ approach is worth the time and a few extra steps—we hope you do too!

Orders & Shipments

We can accept orders online or on the phone. Shopping on our site is safe and secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to keep your information safe, and we never distribute or sell your personal information to other companies.

Payment Options: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Amazon Payments, and Paypal. California Baby reserves the right to request wire transfer or ACH payments on orders where billing information cannot be verified and/or to ship orders to the billing address.

Samples:  2 complimentary samples are included with orders (subject to availability). Interested in a particular product? Please email support@californiababy.com; if available, it will be included with your order. Otherwise, samples of new items or products that compliment your purchase will be sent.

Coupons: Although we do not have store coupons available, special offers are posted on our social media pages and newsletter.

Returns: Please choose your purchases carefully. For safety and security reasons, California Baby® has a ‘No Return’ Policy. If you are trying a product for the first time, we recommend purchasing a sampler or a travel set that is value priced for trial. It is also prudent to do a skin patch test to check for any reaction or intolerance. To do this, simply apply a small amount to the inside of the upper arm looking for a rash or redness at the site by the next day.
