Return policy for californiababy.com:
We love our customers! We want to make it easy for you to return your products if things aren’t working out! All we ask is that you request a return within 60 days of your purchase.
- For unopened products with safety seal intact - we are happy to issue you a refund once the products are returned to us.
- For opened/used products - we will email you a store credit once the products are returned to us. The store credit is in a form of a gift card with no expiration date. Teddy bears can only be returned for a store credit.
For all returns, we'll need the product returned back to us. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label so there is no extra cost for you.
We can only provide one complimentary prepaid return label per order. Shipping costs for the original purchase cannot be refunded.

Trying our products for the first time?
If you are trying a product for the first time, we recommend purchasing one of our inexpensive sample packs or travel sets. We also recommend doing a skin patch test to check for any reaction or intolerance. To do this, simply apply a small amount to the inside of the upper arm looking for a rash or redness at the site by the next day.
Address typos, issues with delivery, and order cancellations:
- If you submitted the wrong delivery address, please let us know ASAP so we can change it before your order ships.
- We are not held liable or accountable for a mistake in entering the wrong delivery address and the package is shipped before we are notified of the mistake. If you would like us to refund your order instead of reshipping it, a $5.00 restocking fee may be deducted from any refunded amount.
- If a product is returned to us because of an issue or typo with the delivery address or the recipient is not able to receive the order - We can reship the order for an additional $10 reshipping fee.
- Feel free to cancel your order anytime before it has shipped. If you need to cancel your order once it is in transit, we will need to subtract a $10 return shipping fee from your refund to get the products back to us.
- If you ordered the wrong product by accident, you may ship the product back to us for an exchange, but you would be responsible for any return shipping costs.
We do not offer returns and exchanges for international orders. If we sent you the wrong product by mistake or the product is damaged or defective, please email email@example.com and at California Baby’s discretion, we can either send you a replacement or issue you a refund.
For products purchased on Amazon and other retail stores/websites:
All purchases made at a retail location must be returned to the place of purchase. Purchases are subject to the retailer’s return policy. Please keep a copy of your receipt.
All online resellers will be required to pay with a wire transfer. If you are an online reseller and you would like to return your order, you may ship the product back to us for a return, but you would be responsible for any return shipping costs. We are only able to offer a refund for unopened products with the safety seal intact.
If products are damaged in transit by our carrier, we require you to let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your order.
