I always cover up with the SPF 18+ as a base before leaving home and use the SPF30+ lotion to reapply throughout the day. Use the stick for extra coverage on sensitive spots such as your lips, nose, ears and scars. Remember to reapply every 2 hours, or after 80 minutes of fun in water!
