A note from Jessica, developer of California Baby®: As a small specialty eco-driven company, we are constantly looking to do things as efficiently as possible while not compromising our standards as we grow. We strive to put all the information we think you are looking for on our website, www.californiababy.com, as we do not produce a printed catalog. At this time, we do not have a call center, which tends to be staffed with people that are only slightly knowledgeable about the products they represent. We do it a little different. Instead, we have a few extremely knowledgeable folks that can answer your questions based on research, experience and care. For example, when you speak with Sue, our product guru, you are speaking with someone that has over 10 years of in-the-trenches experience with me (and that ain’t easy!). We think this ‘take it a little slow’ personal exchange is worth the time and a few extra steps—we hope you do too!
California Baby can only accept orders online. Shopping on our site is safe and secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to keep your information safe, and we never distribute your personal information to third-party vendors.
Samples: Complimentary samples are included with orders (subject to availability). Interested in a particular product? Please note it in the comments section during checkout; if available, it will be included with your order. Otherwise, samples of new items or products that compliment your purchase will be sent. If you are not ordering at this time, try our mini-sampler - an inexpensive way to try selected key products.
Coupons: Although we do not have store coupons available, special offers are posted on our website, www.californiababy.com, Facebook page and through our newsletter.
My Account: Speed up your shopping and checkout by creating an account. Now, every time you log in using your username and password, your shipping and billing information will automatically be completed for you at checkout - no more re-entering. You will have to input your credit card information at every purchase, this is to keep your credit card information secure as we do not store credit card information. Your information may be updated anytime by logging in and clicking on the ‘Update My Account’ tab.
Pricing: Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our website may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Returns: California Baby® has a ‘No Return’ Policy; please choose your purchases carefully. If you are trying a product for the first time, we recommend that instead of purchasing a full-sized product, you purchase a sampler or a travel set that we have value priced for trial. It is also prudent to patch test to check for any reaction or intolerance. To do this, simply apply a small amount to the inside of the upper arm looking for a rash or redness at the site by the next day.

Time Saving Reasons to Set Up an Account:
- Order History: Go here to view all your past orders (from the day the account was created). You can view all previously purchased items and re-order with a click of a button.
- My Faves (favorites list): Want to keep a product on tap for future purchasing? Or are there products that you buy over and over again? This feature allows you to create a list of your favorite products, then simply click them off and add to your basket. To add an item to your favorites list, click on the ‘Add-to-Faves’ button on the product page. You can add and delete items on this list anytime.
Gift Registry: Creating a gift registry with California Baby is fast, free and easy to use. Think of our gift registry as a wish list of all the California Baby products you want; you can keep it private, make it public or email it to your friends and family. When a purchase is made from this list, it is removed and only the items that have not been purchased are available for view. The number of gift registries you can set up is unlimited.
Security: We use Secured Sockets Layers (SSL) encryption for the transmission of data during order check out. We do not store credit card information. The information that we request is for order processing only; please include a phone # and email address where you can be easily reached.
Mailing List & Newsletters: Our newsletters are sent approx. every 4-6 weeks; they announce new products, offer seasonal suggestions and discounts or gift with purchase promotions (which are available only to newsletter subscribers). You can unsubscribe or update your information every time a newsletter is sent. Click here to sign up for our newsletter.
Gift Certificates: We offer only e-gift certificates starting at $25.00 and up. They are sent instantly via email; the lucky recipient simply has to make their choices and input the e-certificate code at check out! Click here to order an e-gift certificate.
