A note from Jessica, developer of California Baby: As a small specialty eco-driven company, we are constantly looking to do things as efficiently as possible while not compromising our standards as we grow. We strive to put all the information we think you are looking for on our website as we do not produce a printed catalog. At this time, we do not have a call center, which tends to be staffed with people that are only slightly knowledgeable about the products they represent. We do it a little different. Instead, we have a few extremely knowledgeable folks that can answer your questions based on research, experience and care. For example, when you speak with Sue, our product guru, you are speaking with someone that has over 10 years of in-the-trenches experience with me (and that ain't easy!). We think this 'take it a little slow' personal exchange is worth the time and a few extra steps—we hope you do too!
